If you cancel some or all portions of your Booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. Payments shall be refundable pursuant to the following:
Different cancellation conditions, including higher charges, may apply to certain booking styles and additional services as provided in your confirmation email. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused Services. If you fail to join a Trip, join after departure, or leave prior to completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to any fees levied by accommodation providers, travel agents, or third-party operators. MoroccanTravel.com is not responsible for unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations that may lead to a smaller refund in your local currency.
5.8.1 For any Reason. We may cancel a Booking for any reason up to 45 days before the Departure Date. Except as provided below, if we cancel your Booking, you may transfer the Down Payment and Additional Payments to an alternate Departure Date or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your Booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, exchange rate fluctuations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.
5.8.2 Force Majeure Event. We shall not be liable or responsible to you for any failure or delay caused by acts beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, war, terrorism, government orders, strikes, or transportation shortages. In such cases, we will reschedule your Booking for a future date and provide written notice. Within 30 days of such notice, you may cancel the rescheduled Booking and will be granted (i) a credit in the amount of the Down Payment and (ii) either a credit or refund of any Additional Payments.
5.8.3 Violation of Community Guidelines. We may cancel a Booking and remove you from a Trip for any violation of our Community Guidelines. If we cancel your Booking for this reason, all payments made will be refunded in full.
5.10.1 Except in the event of Force Majeure, if a Host cancels your Trip prior to 45 days before the Departure Date, you may transfer your payments to another Departure Date or receive a full refund.
5.10.2 If the Host cancels participation within 45 days of the Departure Date, the Trip will proceed as planned and remain subject to these terms.
5.10.3 In any cancellation case, MoroccanTravel.com is not responsible for incidental expenses such as visas, vaccinations, exchange fluctuations, insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a trip. If you bring a minor, you must be at least 25 years old, legally authorized to act on their behalf, and provide a signed guardian waiver. MoroccanTravel.com and Operators reserve the right to deny or remove any Traveler for health or safety reasons, at their discretion, without refund.
You must carry a valid passport and obtain all necessary visas, permits, and certificates. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your trip dates. The Company is not responsible if you are refused entry due to missing documentation.
Travel insurance is required for participation in certain Trips and strongly recommended for all Travelers. Insurance should be obtained at the time of Booking and provide coverage for:
If a Trip requires travel insurance, you will be notified no later than 90 days prior to departure. Travelers must submit proof of coverage (for example, a photo of their policy confirmation) no later than 48 hours before departure.
If a Traveler elects to decline insurance, they must provide a written and signed statement acknowledging their decision and accepting full responsibility for any losses or costs. Failure to provide proof of insurance or a signed waiver prior to departure may result in cancellation of the Booking without refund, at the Company’s discretion.
Travel requires flexibility and may involve changes to routes, schedules, or amenities without notice. MoroccanTravel.com is not liable for such changes.
5.16.1 Before Departure. If a major change occurs, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. You may accept the new itinerary or cancel for a Trip Credit without penalty.
5.16.2 After Departure. Operators reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to local circumstances or events. Any additional costs incurred will be the Traveler’s responsibility.
If you fail to comply with the directions of the Trip Leader or interfere with group well-being, you may be directed to leave the Trip immediately with no right to refund.
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Optional activities not included in the Booking price are provided by third-party operators. MoroccanTravel.com is not liable for these activities; your contract will be with the provider directly.
If you have a complaint, notify your Trip Leader immediately. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days after the trip ends.
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force.
You consent to MoroccanTravel.com using images of you taken during the trip for promotional purposes, royalty-free and in perpetuity.
Your personal information is used only for trip operations and marketing (with consent) and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
MoroccanTravel.com may cancel a Booking at any time prior to departure due to behavior, communication, or actions deemed inappropriate or unsafe. In such cases, refunds may not apply.
5.25.1 Minimum Participant Requirement. Each group tour requires a minimum of ten (10) confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not reached 90 days prior to the start date, MoroccanTravel.com reserves the right to postpone or cancel the tour.
5.25.2 Cancellation by MoroccanTravel.com. If canceled due to insufficient enrollment:
No payment or compensation will be made to any hosts, representatives, or collaborators.
5.25.3 Participant Cancellations.
5.25.4 Force Majeure. In the event of circumstances beyond MoroccanTravel.com’s control (natural disasters, political unrest, border closures, pandemics, etc.), the Company may cancel or reschedule the tour at any time. Participants will be offered a refund (less processing fees) or a credit toward a future tour.
5.25.5 Travel Insurance Requirement. All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and unexpected travel disruptions. Proof of insurance must be submitted before departure. MoroccanTravel.com is not responsible for costs arising from canceled flights, visas, or other external travel arrangements.
