From Tangier to Marrakech
Depart from Tangier at 8 am
Your Morocco tour begins in Tangier, where we’ll pick you up from the port/airport. Visit Hercules Cave, then drive through the Rif Mountains to the enchanting blue city of Chefchaouen. Explore the charming Medina and spend the night in a local hotel.
After breakfast, head to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Meknes, the 17th-century capital, to explore its historic walls and monuments. End the day in Fes, where you’ll spend the night.
Dedicate the day to exploring Fes, Morocco’s oldest city. Visit the Royal Palace Gate, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), and the famous tanneries. Discover Al Quaraouiyine University and Bou Inania Madrasa before enjoying free time in the Medina.
Travel through Ifrane (the “Switzerland of Morocco”) and the Cedar Forest, home to Barbary apes. Continue to the Sahara Desert via the Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga for a camel ride to your luxury desert camp, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a night under the stars.
