From Tangier to Marrakech
Depart from Tangier at 8 am
The 6-day tour from Tangier to Marrakech will start after we pick you up from your riad or airport. In Tangier, you will explore some local sights, like the souk and the Kasbah. After that, we will travel towards Chefchaouen after we stop at the Caves of Hercules and Tétouan town.
Once we visit the town, we will have lunch, and then we depart for Chefchaouen. In Chefchaouen, you will visit its bright and blue-painted Medina. Chefchaouen is referred to as the city of the Blue Doors, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco. Its relaxed beauty is what makes Chefchaouen so attractive. Your accommodation is a raid/hotel in Chefchaouen + Breakfast.
After breakfast, we will leave Chefchaouen to Fes city. But, we will stop on our way to visit the Roman ruins at Volubilis. These ruins remained largely intact until an earthquake destroyed them in the 18th century Next, you will visit Meknes city. It is one of the four Imperial cities where you can visit El Hedim Square, the Mausoleum of Sultan Moulay Ismail and the old Medina. Finally, we end this day in Fes. Overnight will be in your riad/hotel in old Medina of Fes + Breakfast.
On this 6 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech, we move from Fes to Ifrane after you have breakfast. Ifrane is the Switzerland of Morocco where you will discover its extraordinary natures and sites. After that, we will be in Azrou to visit its Cedar forest. This wonderful forest is home to friendly monkeys.
This also will be a good opportunity to take pictures of trees and wild monkeys. Your lunch will then be in Midelt, which is the city of apples and minerals. Thereafter, we continue our tour to Ziz Valley, where we will stop to take pictures and enjoy a panoramic view.
After, we arrived in Erfoud and visited the old market for dates, the site of the fossils. Later on, we arrive in Merzouga and check into your hotel/Raid with dinner + breakfast.
With 6 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech, you will have a tour around the areas of Erg Chebbi. Thus, you will enjoy breakfast and we drive to Khamlia. This is a little village in the desert near the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
There, you have a chance to visit a Berber residence and listen to their music. It is Gnawa music, which is originated from West Africa. In addition to that, you will visit some mines of desert and the oasis of palm trees.
This city has gained popularity, not only as of the capital of Tafilalet but also as a destination where visitors can explore the true culture of Morocco. Thus, Rissani is well known for its market, or souk. You will visit this market. You can find jewellery, souvenirs, gifts, spices, art and crafts.
Your lunch is a traditional Moroccan pizza called “Medfouna.” Then, we will come back to the hotel in Merzouga and prepare for a camel trip to Erg Chebbi. You ride camels to the desert camp, where you will enjoy a second night under the stars. Overnight and dinner in the luxury camp + breakfast
Continuing 6 days in Morocco from Tangier is after enjoying the sunrise and having a sunrise. Hence, you will ride your camel back to the hotel for a shower and breakfast. Then, we travel towards Ouarzazate. We will visit the irrigation system in Jorf, and after that, we will visit Todra Gorges.
It is where we will have a stop to visit the higher gorges in the whole of Morocco. Furthermore, we will cross the Rose Valley and then visit to the Rose Cooperative of Women. Here, you can find all kinds of rose products. Finally, you will arrive in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon. Your will in a hotel or road in Ouarzazate with dinner and breakfast
When you have breakfast, we visit Kasbah Taourirte and the Cinema Studios. This site is where many movies were produced, like Lawrence of Arabia. We next depart to Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. The Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou is a spectacular and Unesco site.
From here, we continue our road and stop to have lunch In Taddart in a Berber village. Finally, we travel to Marrakech through Tizi-N-Tichka. Once we are in Marrakech, we drop you off at your hotel/Riad. Then, it will be the end of 6 days tour from Tangier to Marrakech.
