Depart from Marrakech at 8 am
The 10-day Morocco tour starts with a pick-up from the airport in Marrakech. Then we will have a small tour of the city before we transfer you to your accommodation. Overnight Stay in a Riad. You will have free time to walk in Marrakech Medina to see Jamaa El Fna Square at night.
After breakfast, we drive west to Essaouira city. On the way, we will make stops to see the Argan trees and goats and for panoramic views. We reach Essaouira city, formerly Mogador, one of the important coastal cities in Morocco. In which we visit the fishing port, the ancient ramparts with cannons, and the old medina. Overnight stay in Essaouira
After breakfast, we return to Marrakech, where we will explore the highlights of Marrakech with a local guide. The city is considered one of the imperial cities in Morocco. The visit includes the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the Ben Youssef Quranic mosque. And stroll in the largest traditional souk in Morocco. Free time for lunch near Jemaa El-Fna Square Later on, you visit the Koutoubia mosque, the largest in Marrakech, and Majorelle Garden. Finally, transfer to your accommodation. In the afternoon, we reach the Sahara desert of Merzouga. Where you switch to camels and cross the sandy desert. A stop will be made for you to enjoy the magical sunset on top of a high dune. Next, we drive 30 kilometers away from Meknes to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. It is well preserved, as it is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It has many beautiful mosaics scattered here and there, along with ancient pillars and archways.
