Spend the night in a comfortable hotel in Chefchaouen.
On the second day of your Morocco tour package, you’ll travel to Fes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. After a 4-hour drive, you’ll arrive in Fes and begin a guided tour with a local expert. Visit the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter, and a ceramic factory near the Medina. Then, dive into the heart of Fes with a walking tour through its ancient streets. Discover the University of Al Quaraouyine, enjoy lunch at a traditional Moroccan restaurant, and explore the famous tanneries. Overnight in a riad or hotel in Fes.
Day 3 marks the start of your Tangier Desert excursion as you journey toward the Sahara. Depart early from Fes and drive through Imouzzer and Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco.” Stop at the Cedar Forest to see the Barbary macaques, then continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains. After lunch, cross the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass and follow the Ziz River into the desert.
