Welcome! Please be prepared to meet in the lobby at 6 PM GMT+1 to depart for your welcome dinner. The dinner reservation time will be finalized closer to your trip date. If you plan on arriving today, we recommend flying into CMN.

Day 2Chefchaouen

Info:

You’ll set off for the charming town of Chefchaouen, with a scenic stop in Rabat along the way.

Activities:

  • Visit Rabat’s Kasbah Oudaya and Hassan Tower before traveling through Ouzan and the Rif Mountains to reach the picturesque Blue City of Chefchaouen.
  • Explore its famous blue streets and Medina, then enjoy a restful overnight stay in a charming riad.

From Chefchaouen to Fes, with stops in Volubilis and Meknes.

Day 4Explore Fes with a Local Guide to Midelt

Day 5Merzouga

Info:
Depart from Midelt and head towards Morocco’s Sahara Desert, traveling through the High and Middle Atlas Mountains.

Activity:

  • Make a brief stop at Errachidia’s dam and enjoy panoramic views of Ziz Valley, known for its date palms.
  • Visit Erfoud, famous for its dates and fossil museums.
  • Arrive at the Erg Chebbi Dunes, where you’ll take an evening camel trek to your luxury desert camp.
  • After dinner, enjoy a Berber drum performance, bonfire (weather permitting), and free time to stargaze in the Sahara Desert.

On this day of your 10-day Morocco itinerary, your driver will pick you up from your riad for a scenic journey to Rissani, Erfoud, Todra Canyon, and Dades Valley.

  • Explore Erfoud, the fossil city, and visit one of its fossil museums.
  • Pass through small Berber villages such as Touroug, Tinjdad, and Tinghir.

  • Continue on to Dades Valley for an overnight stay.

  • Arrive in Essaouira, a laid-back port city, and enjoy free time to explore.
  • Walk along the Skala de la Kasbah, the 18th-century seafront ramparts.
  • Explore the UNESCO-protected medina and relax at the windswept beach.
  • Optionally, take a short taxi ride to Diabat, a spot frequented by Jimi Hendrix.

To reserve your spot 25% of the cost of your trip is due as a down payment, along with the full cost of any add-ons. Completing this transaction secures your booking. Additional payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What should I pack for the tour?

We recommend packing comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and light layers for daytime temperatures, along with a jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Don’t forget a camera, a power adapter (Morocco uses types C and E plugs), and any personal essentials.

How physically demanding is the tour?

While most of the activities are walking-based and suitable for all fitness levels, some excursions (like the camel trek and walking tours in the medinas) may require moderate physical effort. If you have concerns, please contact us in advance for specific details.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellation Policy:

  • Spot Confirmed: Down-payment non-refundable*
  • 90 Days Pre-Trip: Non-refundable
    *If you cancel after your spot is confirmed and outside of 90 days from departure, you can receive a trip credit for your down payment minus a $100 cancellation fee.
